Description
The York Fitness 18″ Standard 1″ Dumbbell Bar is manufactured from solid steel with a chromed finish.
At 45.7 cm long with a standard 1″ diameter the bar is designed for use with standard 1″ weight plates.
Weight plates are secured with spring collars (available separately) allowing for quick and efficient plate changes.
The textured knurled bar increases grip and encourages correct hand positioning.
